MDW 2025 | Thank you!
For the 2025 Salone del Mobile, TABU presented “The Hotel,” an exhibition project that redefines the concept of hospitality in the high-end Hospitality sector. The installation, designed specifically for five-star hotels and luxury establishments, offered an integrated and contemporary vision that combines wood with art, design, and technology.
The project, developed in collaboration with Architect Alessia Galimberti, created an experiential and immersive journey, showcasing cutting-edge materials and solutions for interior design tailored to the hotel industry.
On display were the latest-generation veneers, ReFIGURED and MUTA, the industrial inlays GRAFFITI – already awarded an Honorable Mention at the Compasso d’Oro – and handcrafted furniture from the Shokunin collection, created by Patience & Gough. The exhibition also included elegant decorative lamps by Bert Frank and a marquetry wood floor, the result of a collaboration between Studio Sostanza and the Artwood Academy, a concrete example of innovation applied to traditional craftsmanship.
Fuori Salone | Wood Art Inside
Held at CASA TABU, the “Wood Art Inside” exhibition was dedicated to contemporary creativity applied to wood. The journey featured exclusive works by both Italian and international artists.
At the heart of the artistic journey was the piece “Natural Connection” by Marcantonio, created exclusively for TABU: a visual and symbolic reflection on the relationship between man and nature, authentically expressing the value of wood as a living, ethical, and creative material.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited our exhibition space and shared the experience of Milan Design Week 2025 with us.
